Water Mirror Quilt Pattern
After so many requests, I decided to convert my Water mirror to a pattern!

This midcentury modern beauty was inspired by the wonderful work of the Brazilian painter and sculptor Athos Bulcão. The iconic mosaic panel is at the TV’s Tower in Brasília, Brasil.
The Water Mirror pattern is an easy level all pieced quilt, the only “challenge” it’s following the diagrams to get the blocks in the right direction. Finished size 72” x 72”.
It could be an oversized wall quilt, or a statement lap quilt to add a lot of personality to a living room.

Water Mirror quilt was inspired by the Brazilian painter and sculptor Athos Bulcão mosaic panel that is in the TV’s Tower in Brasilia, Brazil. The Water Mirror was exhibited in The International Quilt Festival in Houston, the belated International Quilt Festival Chicago and went back to Houston for the 45th Sapphire Anniversary Edition of the Quilt Festival last year and still traveling around with the exhibition, so maybe this year (2021) will be back home.
After so many requests, I finally decided to write a pattern and make available for my quilting friends.
